sorry i have not been blogging as much as usual, but ive been terribly busy.
Anyway, to continue, the next pillar of Islam is Zakat. This is basically the act of giving to the poor and needy. You know. Charity and money and all that. You get so much reward for doing this, SubhanAllah!
"When you are surrounded by those who have more than you, always look to those who have less than you." Be grateful!

The Next Pillar
The Next Pillar of Islam is Salah.(Also called Namaz). In English it is Prayer. It is the practice of formal worship in Islam. Before Perfoming Salah, one has to do Taharah (ritual cleansing) until they are purified .Salah consists of the repetition of a unit called a rakʿah (pl. rakaʿāt) consisting of prescribed actions and words. There are five daily prayers in the day, which are obligatory. The first one is Salat-ul-Fajir ,prayed at sunset. Then its Salat-ul-Dhuhr(pronounced Zoher), at midday. Next is Salat-ul-Asr, prayed at mid-afternoon. At sunset is Salat-ul-Maghrib and at night is Salat-ul-Isha. And that is the next pillar of Islam.

The Five Pillars :)
The Five Pillars of Islam are also know as Arkan-al-Islam. They are generally practised by all Muslims, with just a few differences among Shia and Sunni. They are considered obligatory by all practising Muslims.
The First Pillar is the Shahada: the creed; The testimony of faith. When a person wants to enter Islam ( Oh yes, you really can enter Islam, even if you weren't born in to it! ) he or she has to say these words:
La-ilaha ilallah Muhammadar-Rasoolallah. This is the shortest version of the Islam Creed.
It means that there is no God But Allah, and Muhammad is his servant and Messenger. When a person says these words, he or she is testifying in Tawheed, Pure and unaltered Monotheism. The means believing in Allah's Oneness.(Muslims believe in the One True God, and the Arabic word for God is Allah.)There is no other deity than Him, and none has the right to be worshipped, except Him. The second part of the Creed, Muhammadur Rasoolallah. This means Muhammad is the last messenger of God, and his coming was foretold by Jesus(sa) or, Isa, in Arabic.
The next Pillar will be in the next post, InshAllah.
This is the Shahada in Arabic text.

Provided for us in purposed supply
To render aid to Aadams seed
To nourish, nurture, and satiate its needs
Guardians we are, entusted its care
In tandem we live like a symbiotic pair
All of this beauty is heaven sent
so lets protect our....
Environment!
Asalamu-Alaikum, lets enjoy the sunny weather! xx

A story....
AsalamuAlaikum everybody whos reading this blog post!
You all know Im an aspiring writer, and recently I wrote a story, about drink driving ,which is loosely based on real life personal experiences. Its called HAPPY EVER AFTER, and Im gonna wite the first paragraph down below. So here goes.
HAPPY EVER AFTER.
It was on the 2nd March 2005. I hadnt known what was going to happen. If I did, I would have done something. I wouldnt have let him drive.
It was my older brother. I loved him dearly, and we had fun together. That morning , that fatal morning, he'd just got his driving license, and was in a good mood. I remember.....
I gave it to a teacher at school, and she loved its so much! She actually asked me to type it up and publish it on the school website! Wow, I just cant believe it!
OK, got to go now, HudaHafiz, let me know if you'd like me to write the next bit! :)

Salam!
Asalamualaikum every one!
Boy am I passionate about Islam! I am normally quite shy but mention Islam and the cat releases my tongue! I can talk about it for ages. Seriously.
One thing I want to share with you guys is that the Muslim and Non-Muslim have VERY different views on life. What I mean is that generally, Muslims know the the secret to happiness is being content with what Allah (god) as given you. But the average non Muslim feels differently: he/she feels that happiness comes from doing whatever you want. But is this right? Life is not fair. It rarely goes the way we want it to. But the thing is , Allah has planned something better for you. Dont you agree? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TrOt4-kHvOc. This video is Shaikh Navaid Aziz telling us why we go through trials and tribulations, etc.
The secong thing I want to share with you guys is my thoughts on Forced Marriage. Causes loads of emotional upset and distress. Why? Because you are forcing someone to do something they dont want to do. The Wikipedia defenition for forced marriage is: Forced marriage is a term used to describe a marriage in which one or both of the parties is married without his or her consent or against his or her will. A forced marriage differs from an arranged marriage, in which both parties consent to the assistance of their parents or a third party (such as a matchmaker) in identifying a spouse, although the difference between the two may be indistinct. So, forced marriage is clearly different from arranged marriages, which is what many Muslims do. I recently read a book on forced marriage, Its called But its not fair by Aneeta Prem ans is available on Amazon: http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Dstripbooks&field-keywords=But+its+not+fair+by+Aneeta+Prem. Ok, bye for now!

More On Islam
This is the symbol of Islam. You may have noticed that lots of countries have this symbol on their flag , and thats because they are a muslim country.A Muslim, also spelled Moslem,[1] is an adherent of Islam, a monotheistic Abrahamic religion based on the Qur'an—which Muslims consider the uncreated and verbatim word of God (Arabic: الله Allâh) as revealed to prophet Muhammad—and, with lesser authority than the Qur'an, the teachings and practices of Muhammad as recorded in traditional accounts, called hadith. "Muslim" is an Arabic word meaning "one who submits to God." I told you that in the last post.

Islam Is Peace
I am a Muslim, I absolutely love my religion!I feel safe and proud when I wear my hijab. Look at that girl, she looks happy! :) So contrary to all usual assumptions,Muslim women feel liberated and proud to wear the hijab. She wears it becauseshe wants to be judged only by what she says and does, not what she looks like. Its only natural we should want to cover our beauty; Its ordained for us by Allah Subhana Watta'ala. In the Quran. Islam means Peace , and Submission. Submission? But submission to who? you might be asking. Submission to Allah , Lord of the world. He who has created us so perfectly , SubhanAllah. I feel proud to be Muslim. Islam is peace.

Book Review
Hey my lovelies-lol! 1st thing Im gonna do today is a book review! I love books.
So the book im reviewing is called What Happened To Goodbye by Sarah Dessen.I read this book quite long ago , Last August I think. I got it out of my school library. At first I was bored ,and just wanted a book, any book would do. And then the gorgeous cover attracted me. So I picked it up, read the blurb and a few pages. Then I took it out. Sarah Dessen , as you all know , writes unusual embellishing stories. Go check her out!
So , I was expecting a Sarah Dessen-esque type book , and was not disapointed. It was written in May 2011.
Since her parents’ bitter divorce, Mclean and her dad, a restaurant consultant, have been on the move-four towns in two years. Estranged from her mother and her mother’s new family, Mclean has followed her dad in leaving the unhappy past behind. And each new place gives her a chance to try out a new persona: from cheerleader to drama diva. But now, for the first time, Mclean discovers a desire to stay in one place and just be herself, whoever that is. Perhaps Dave, the guy next door, can help her find out.
Combing Sarah Dessen’s trademark graceful writing, great characters, and compelling storytelling, What Happened to Goodbye is irresistible reading.
